Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

This Agreement is between HUBOWEB Technologies Private Limited. (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“Client”). By using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Scope & Process

We provide CRM automation, web development, integration and maintenance services. The process is as follows:

• Client provides project requirements, access, data.
• We deliver phases: design → development → testing → deployment.
• Client reviews and approves each milestone.
• After approval, final deployment and post-delivery support begin.

3. Pricing & Payment

Our pricing for CRM automation & development is provided in proposal. Payment terms:

• 50% advance before work starts.
• 40% upon milestone completion.
• 10% after final delivery.
• Late payment will attract interest of 1% per month.

4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

All work we produce remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. The Client owns the data and may request export upon termination.

5. Support & Maintenance

We provide free support for 30 days after delivery. Ongoing maintenance is available under separate agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client under this agreement. We disclaim all implied warranties.

7. Term & Termination

This agreement begins on the date of proposal acceptance and continues until services are completed. Either party may terminate for cause with 30 days’ notice.
