Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method (minus transaction charges if applicable).
Cancellations before project initiation may qualify for full refunds. After work begins, partial refunds may be issued based on work completed.
All refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours and clients are notified via email.
