  • Project has not entered active development phase.
  • Significant delay beyond agreed timeline.
  • Final service significantly deviates from approved agreement.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Work already started or resources allocated.
  • Client delays in providing assets or information.
  • Third-party services like hosting or domains.
  • Approved and delivered projects.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method (minus transaction charges if applicable).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before project initiation may qualify for full refunds. After work begins, partial refunds may be issued based on work completed.

Response Time

All refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours and clients are notified via email.
